Functional strength focuses on using the 3 big lifts (Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press) to get you the results you’ve always wanted. The classes are staggered throughout the week so that you’ll target a different lift and the accessories that accompany that lift in each session. With a focus on safety, technique and of course motivation that drives you to get better every session, functional strength is the session for results like no other.
The session takes into consideration participants current skill and fitness level and therefore is suited to people from beginner to advanced.
