Outdoor GymLearn how to correctly use outdoor fitness equipment and schedule workouts in these introductory strength sessions conducted by a qualified fitness professional. Each week you will be taken through a full body workout utilising the outdoor gym equipment and will learn how to safely and effectively use the various devices. Program runs in 6 week blocks.
