Strike boxing is designed to give you the most complete Boxing style workout. If you love boxing, then this class is for you. Unlike any other boxing class you’ve ever done, Strike Boxing focuses on boxing technique including, all the major punches, footwork and movement. This session is run by trainers with great skill in boxing and you’ll leave the session feeling empowered.
The session takes into consideration participants current skill and fitness level and therefore is suited to people from beginner to advanced.
